Can every silhouette be manufactured?+

A silhouette alone is not enough to decide. Sharp corners, narrow sections, interlocks, tool strength and board behaviour all require engineering review.

Does every shaped puzzle need a new die?+

Not necessarily. Qinyi can first check documented formats; otherwise the quotation should define the new tool, ownership and storage.

What information is needed for a children’s product?+

At minimum, provide intended age, destination country, target size, material requirements and any buyer-specified standard. The actual test scope remains product-specific.
