Is a floor-puzzle format documented?+
Yes. Current records include a 48-piece format at about 91.3 × 61.3 cm, while tooling condition and board still require quotation-stage confirmation.
Why not simply enlarge a standard puzzle?+
Scale changes handling, flatness, mounting, tooling, packaging and freight, so the product needs its own construction review.
Can I request a larger size?+
You can submit the target, but the page does not promise a universal limit. Engineering must check material, equipment, tooling, packing and logistics.
