Sourcing decision matrix
Status separates documented records, project review and missing evidence.
| Decision | Why it matters | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Structure and die line | Folds, slots, load points and assembly order determine manufacturability. | Project review |
| Material system | Stiffness, grain, thickness and surface affect fit and durability. | Pending upload |
| Parts and instructions | Part numbering, completeness checks and illustrated steps belong together. | Project review |
| Age and testing | Age, use and destination define the evidence scope. | Project review |
| Pack and freight | Flat-packed and assembled delivery require different packing routes. | Project review |

Suitability follows material, size, quantity and sample review.
A box name does not confirm load, dimensions or production route.
A 3 mm or 5 mm bleed may be selected; the two values do not conflict. Use the value stated in the applicable product template, dieline or project confirmation. The final file format likewise follows the project template and prepress review.

Product FAQ
Yes. 3D or dimensional paperboard puzzles are an approved family, which does not mean every new structure is immediately production-ready.
Slots, folds, board grain and assembly order need physical validation; a flat rendering is not enough.
No universal figures are approved. Sales and production confirm the current answer after specification, process, quantity and capacity review.
